I had a great experience working with Taylor at Ashley Furniture in Greenwood. I came into the store several times before finally making my purchase, and he was wonderful every single visit. He gave me the space to look around and think without ever being pushy, which made the whole experience comfortable and low-pressure. Whenever I had questions, Taylor was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I always felt like he wanted me to find the right furniture for my home rather than rushing a sale. Because of that, I felt really confident about the pieces I chose. I would absolutely recommend asking for Taylor if you're shopping at Ashley in Greenwood!
View on GoogleAshley in Greenwood has a good selection of mattresses to try. Andrew was very helpful in helping us find the right one. We haven't received the mattress so I can't comment on that but we haven't had issues with any previous orders.
View on GoogleMy experience with Ashley Furniture was awesome! Sequoi Dansby was very helpful with my purchase of the lift recliner. She is very knowledgeable, nice and friendly and willing to help me anyway she can to get what I wanted. Sequoi Dansby keep up the great work and I’m sure my wife and I will see you again. Thanks
