We had a great experience at Ashley Furniture in Greenville! The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone worked together to help us find the furniture we wanted, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Even the manager was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. You can really tell they care about their customers. We will definitely be coming back again for more furniture in the future!

TBH, I had a low opinion of Ashley formed a long time ago. I’m happy update that with a very favorable opinion now. Our Sales Associate, Benjamin, was great. He was patient, personable, and helpful in guiding our search for a new mattress and foundation. I would give 5 stars except we had quite a snafu which was a BIG disappointment (be aware the comfort promise [a central part of the reason to go with Ashley] doesn’t apply to Sealy Cedar Knoll).

Ben was excellent to work with at Ashley Furniture. He really listened to what I was looking for and showed me pieces that fit my style and interests without trying to push items I clearly wasn’t excited about. He was knowledgeable about the furniture and took the time to explain the different options, current offers, and ways to save money. The checkout process was quick and seamless, and he remained attentive and focused throughout the entire experience. It was a genuinely positive experience, and I look forward to working with him again for future purchases.

My sales person Jamar was more than helpful. He really went out of his way to be sure I had not only what I wanted, but what we needed as well. It’s a breath of fresh air having someone think of what’s right for you, your home, and your tastes, rather than just making a dollar. An experience of above and beyond for the entire process. Went to Ashley just browsing and looking, but not entirely ready to settle. However, Will provided us with enough information on several items and the perfect customer service. This allowed us to go home, measure our space more thoroughly, envision exactly what we wanted, research the items… and the very next day he helped us pick our perfect piece with confidence! Thanks to Will and the Greenville Ashley Store we cannot wait for our new sectional to arrive! 10/10 recommend if you’re in the market for any new furniture item or just needing good information/starting to look around.
