Alex was amazing. He was very knowledgeable on every piece of item that I looked at. He knew what each material was made out of, the longevity and so much more. At the end of the day I was comfortable with my buying my furniture from Ashley with his reassurance on durability and the protection plan. Outstanding service. My husband and I had gone to a few furniture stores in the area before and after visiting Ashley. The first time we visited, Phil was our Sales Associate and he was very welcoming, upfront and knowledgeable . He did not hover over us as we took our time to look through the store. A month or so went by and we returned to Ashley’s and was greeted by Phil again, we still was hesitant with fully committing so it took us a couple of days when we returned and asked for Phill to seal the deal!! We appreciated the patience, the understanding and the prompt service and delivery we received. Definitely look forward to purchasing more items and hopefully Phil to Seal the Deal will still be around!! We Absolutely Love Our Purchase!!!!

Amirah is the absolute best! Please ask for her!!!!!!! She was so nice, gave my husband and I the chance to look around. She was so personable and so fast when it came to checking out. She’s so sweet and the couch we got at Ashley had great deals was cheaper than the same couch at Shewels Furniture. So grateful for our experience!
