Karen Baird did a phenomenal job of selecting home furnishings and decor for each room. The color schemes were nothing less than beautiful. She even went the extra mile and assisted in furniture placement and picture hanging. I really can’t thank her enough. This has been the best customer service I have encountered thus far.
View on GoogleI stopped by today just to look because I’ve been wanting a new sectional for my home. As soon as we walked in, everyone greeted us with a smile, which made us feel very welcome. Josh was the one who helped us out. He pointed us in the direction of the sectionals we were looking for and didn’t hover over us like some sales associates tend to do, which we really appreciated. He gave us space to look while still being available if we needed help. My kids actually ended up picking the new sectional for our home, and we loved it! When we were ready to purchase, Josh made the checkout process super easy and fast. If anyone needs help, ask for Josh ! I’m not kidding! He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. View on GoogleWe had a great experience with Jacqueline helping us with a chair for our dog (as he thinks.) She was extremely friendly and welcoming. Her manager (didn’t get his name) was also very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be returning to shop with them! It is also a plus that the warehouse is next door for pickup if the items are in stock. I don’t leave reviews often, but some of the previous ones mention pushy sales experiences, etc. Our visit was nothing like what others have mentioned. We were left to roam and would get checked in on periodically. No pressure at all.

She took the time to listen, answer questions, and guide me without ever making me feel pressured to purchase something I didn’t need. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping the customer rather than just making a sale.
