Ashley Store

Me and my fiancé went to various furniture stores and couldn’t find a couch we were satisfied with until we came to this store! Lots of options and prices were great too! Larry was very helpful as he was able to inform us of sales going on, financing options and their warranty service. Overall we are very pleased that we were finally able to find a couch! Antoine was also a great help during this visit. Highly recommend checking this place out!

I had a great experience here. I stopped by Sunday with my girlfriend and Joe greeted us, he wasn’t pushy at all and had a great, upbeat personality. I came back today to make the purchase. Joe was off, but his coworker Patrick was just as kind and made the process smooth and easy. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend!

Over the years we have bought different items from Ashley Furniture and they never disappoint. Today, we bought a recliner from Joe Parker and he was fabulous to work with. He wasn't into high pressure sales and allowed us to look around freely, answered all our questions and was very nice. If we need any other items I'll be seeking out Joe at Ashley for the best service, prices, and furniture!!

We had a wonderful sales assistant. Patrick spent a lot of time with us . He showed us many different types of furniture and gave us assistance with dimensions, quality of materials and answered any questions we had. He made great suggestions about size and types of couches and chaises to assist in our decisions without us feeling any pressure. Ashley Furniture is definitely lucky to have Patrick as a sales assistant for customers. We will definitely be back and certainly will look to Patrick for assistance.

We went to Ashley this past Saturday looking for living room furniture. Gregory was our sale rep. He was very friendly. He was also a bit pushy. He pretty much wanted us to buy the furniture that day. He said the deal would more than likely not be there on Sunday (the very next day). So of course we fell for it and bought the furniture knowing that we had 72 hours to cancel. We liked the furniture but we were not in love with it. We shopped around some more at other furniture stores on Sunday and found some furniture that we loved. I called Sunday afternoon to cancel and the lady that answered said that Gregory was not available but the manager said he would go ahead and cancel the order and send me an email by Monday morning with the confirmation number. Well Monday afternoon rolled around and still no email. I called again, bc I felt un easy about the conversation with the receptionist on Sunday, and sure enough they had not canceled our order. I feel like they did this on purpose bc if you go outside of the 72 hours they charge you 10% of the cost of what you purchased. If we went on her word, we would have owed them that money. We have bought several things from Ashley, back around 2017 and we were very happy with them. We will not be using them ever again.
