Myles was amazing and very helpful. He was very patient and helpful. Myles helped load our items into our car. He was very knowledgeable and considerate, given the fact that I had my 2 year old with me. He had no problem answering all of my questions and my last-minute choice of adding on a huge floor plant to my buy. If you need any assistance and support, he is the guy to go to.

I had an amazing experience at Bob’s Furniture yesterday! I went in looking for a sofa and loveseat, and I left feeling completely confident and excited about my purchase. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and stress-free. Ms. Damarys was absolutely exceptional. She was knowledgeable, patient, and truly attentive to what I was looking for. She didn’t rush me or pressure me into anything—instead, she took the time to understand my style, needs, and budget, and helped me find the perfect set. Her professionalism and warm personality made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The furniture selection was beautiful, and I was able to find a sofa and loveseat that fit my space perfectly. The quality and comfort exceeded my expectations, and I felt like I was getting great value. What really stood out was the experience on my way out. I recently moved into an Apartment with my Wife and had no furniture. We were initially heading to Ashley Furniture store until we saw the sign for Bobs discount furniture. So my Wife and I head in and are greeted by Ms. Lisa who is a sales representative. My Wife runs to the bathroom and Lisa and I talk about what we need or are looking for. My Wife returns and we start walking around. Now Lisa is following behind us but not close enough to distract us from our shopping. Every time my wife and I sit down and like something Lisa comes in and gives us the pitch and then leaves us to our own discussion. We eventually settled on a sectional for a super good deal and lisa gave us the whole run down, all the numbers, and information we would need for the purchase. She let us have time to decide what we wanted which I really appreciated. It felt like she wasn’t trying to push a sale down our throats and actually care about the product we were going to buy. I will be coming back with my Wife again.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to this Bobs Discount Furniture! The team who delivered my replacement sofa this past weekend on May 16th in the Hope Mills area, did a phenomenal job! Their names are escaping me but it was a 2 male, 1 female crew. Unfortunately I was unable to do a survey because the survey expired before I could find it in my email. Big kudos to them and their hard work!!
