Ashley Store

I had a wonderful experience working with my salesperson. He was friendly, professional, and extremely diligent throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and worked hard to find options that fit both my style and my budget. What impressed me most was his commitment to helping me get the best possible deal without making me feel pressured. He was patient, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail, making the furniture-buying experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality furniture and a salesperson who genuinely cares about helping customers find the right fit at the right price.

We went in today to buy a leather couch set and the already great prices were on an even better 4th of July sale. Jeffrey was fantastic! We felt like he was actually listening to us, took time to get to know us, and wasn't pushy at all. He was honest and upfront and was fabulous to deal with. Strongly recommend getting Jeffrey to help you out, and strongly recommend going to Ashley for new furniture.

Honestly, very surprised (in a good way) by the level of service with Ashley furniture and our sales Rep. Randy. Randy was prompt to respond to our call. Was able to take the order over the phone after we decided we wanted the items after leaving the store. Delivery was scheduled at the same time for the following week. Their contact for delivery was fantastic. I received text notification multiple times to provide an accurate arrival time. While we have not had the furniture for a length of time to know how it will hold up, we are happy with the product. Could not have asked for an easier process.

I had a good experience with the sales representative. I found a beautiful couch at a great price. The only bad thing that happened was he told me we would wait until the end of them month for it to ship, which for us it was worth the wait. But it actually was a 8-14 week wait. Which is a lot longer than “at the end of the month” very disappointing.

The Novi store is so warm and inviting from the sales people to the prices. Their clearance center is full of really nice items you won’t find anywhere else. They really know how to treat a customer. The store manager, everyone working there and my sales guy was a very helpful young man. Thank you for all of your help and accommodation in helping us with our purchase. I found everything I needed and didn’t know I needed walking the entire store. Their furniture is high quality. Please go check the out yourself. You’ll love what you see and want to buy up everything!
