My experience at the Ashley Furniture Outlet has been one of the worst I have had with a company. Bought a sectional and TV stand a month ago, one arm of the sectional has yet to arrive. Every time I call I get a later and later date for delivery. The arm I do have arrived broken and the repair guy they are sending can't be here for a month. Would recommend literally anywhere else.

Max has an excellent approach at his job he make it personal in a good way he try’s to bond with you and try’s to understand what it is you want, he was able to help me get a new mattress, bed frame and boxspring. He was very knowledgeable about all products and was able to answer all my questions! With one Max I’m not sure our experience would be the same! One heck of a sales guy!

My experience at Ashley Outlet was horrible. I placed an order over a month ago and when I tried to inquire about it, they couldn’t tell me when my furniture will arrive. Spoke with Dana the store manager in Saginaw, she told me one of my items will arrive within a couple days once it arrived it was DAMAGED. I ordered a brand-new gaming desk and when they delivered it was used, scratched, with tape and black paint covering it. Immediately called the store and none of my questions or concerns we answered. Very POOR SERVICE and management. Also, the instore manager stated, "NO REFUNDS", when I tried to get my money back.

Love this place! Beautiful furniture, helpful staff, and quick delivery. Everything I bought looks amazing in my home. Definitely coming back for more!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am still waiting on my order to be taken off the unnecessary hold that it was placed on because the sales rep forgot to enter my Dr lic exp date when I purcased in store. I had to make a second separate trip to the store to give them this info in person, they refused to give me a way to upload online. Mind you, no one from the store bothered to contact me, it was only when I reached out to follow up that I was informed my order was on hold. I was assured my second trip to the store by Matt that all the information was inputed and I would be receiving a call for the delivery of my furniture that is in stock . (now 4 days ago). I received no phone call so I followed up again today and much to my surprise my order is still on hold until the finance team can "look into it". they gave me a ticket number and said to follow up again tomorrow to see if the mistake was corrected yet. WHAT A JOKE!!!! Do not shop here. If it isnt fixed tomorrow the order is getting canceled and I will take my business elsewhere.
