Wanted a sectional couch but it has to fit in my new house. I had the measurements since the house isn’t finished yet.Salesman Brennan was excellent and picked up my my style right away. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

We had a very good experience with our in store purchase of a rocker recliner. Sam was very professional. She did not pressure us into anything. She introduced herself, showed us where the recliners were located and allowed us to browse. She did check in with us and when we were ready to inquire on specifics she was readily available. She even got us a better price on the chair we wanted when we were ready to make the purchase. Now we wait on the delivery. Hoping this goes as great as the in store experience. Thank you!!

Brandon was so kind in helping me find the perfect living room sectional. He worked to make sure my experience was a positive one. While ordering the couch, I found out that the ottoman was going to be delivered 5 days after the couch. It was a pleasant surprise when they delivered the ottoman with the couch on the earlier date! Brandon and the Ashley Store went above and beyond to make mt experience one of a kind.

Sales Associate Brennen was great. Very professional and patient in making sure we made the selection of living room sofa and loveseat that met our needs and budget.

Prior to heading to the store I had done my research and had my choice narrowed down to two different living room sets. We were met at the front door by a very kind and knowledgeable salesperson named Brandon Harris. I expected all of the high pressure sales tactics.... showing me more expensive sets but that's not what we were met with. He listened and he showed me exactly what I had come to see. Brandon was very helpful, and certainly patient!! Brandon listened to my concerns about pet damage and pet wear as we have 5 mini Aussies, and 3 cats!! We were able to get a 5-year policy to cover my concerns at a reasonable price which was very reassuring given the investment we were making. We would highly recommend the Ashley brand and specifically Brandon look him up when you get to Saginaw!!
