Ashley Outlet Route 1 Linden, NJ was amazing. Donna and Dana worked tirelessly to get us the best deal on the furniture we wanted going above and beyond. We were so pleased that we will go back tonourchase any future furniture we need. We cant thank them enough and they worked with our scheduled needed date for delivery as I am having surgery and needed the furniture delivered before a specific date. Amazing location, amazing people, so caring and compassionate. Thank you so much!! We would definitely recommend them!!!

We had a great experience at Ashley Furniture. Steve was extremely patient, helpful, and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made shopping for furniture easy and stress-free. We truly appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend working with Steve!

My wife and I have been looking for a dining room table for the last 8 months Been to several different stores. Finally stopped in ashley's furniture on route 9 in linden and was blown away by the size of the place And found a table that we really loved the manager. Eddie is guy. Very concerned with our needs.And all the employees there were very nice, so I highly recommend going there.We've been Raymore and Flanagan bob's discount furniture and we went to several of their stores, at least a dozen times and couldn't find anything that we liked in one trip to Ashley's. We found what we liked. Thank you to eddie and the staff

1 Star (Only because I had to select a star to post) I have never dealt with anything like this in my life. I purchased furniture on 5/19/2026 and was told it would arrive two days later. It never came. No one from the store contacted me to explain the delay. When I called, I was told the furniture had been damaged and that a replacement would arrive on 5/26. It didn't. Over the next several days, I called multiple times and was given different delivery dates, including 5/27, 5/28, and finally 6/2. Throughout this entire process, the store rarely provided updates and eventually stopped answering my calls altogether. I was left constantly chasing information about furniture that had already been paid for. What happened on delivery day was the final straw. The delivery team initially told me they couldn't bring the furniture into my home. Then I was told it could be done for an additional $450. When I offered $300, they immediately agreed. That raised serious concerns for me because it appeared that I was being asked to pay extra for something that should have already been covered. When I contacted customer service and explained the situation, I was told, "Oh, absolutely not, that's not right," and they contacted the delivery team. Based on that response, I felt the request for additional money was completely inappropriate. The only positive part of this experience was Hassan, who was professional, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. He was one of the few people who actually tried to assist me. From 5/19/2026 through 6/2/2026, I experienced repeated delays, poor communication, inconsistent information, dismissive attitudes, and an overall lack of accountability. What should have been an exciting furniture purchase turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. I was referred to this store by someone else, and even they were disturbed by how my situation was handled. The furniture itself is beautiful, but the customer service and delivery experience completely ruined my first impression. I will not be purchasing from this location again, and I cannot recommend it based on my experience.
