Mattress Firm Legacy Square

I had an absolutely outstanding experience today purchasing a mattress, all thanks to the incredible saleswoman Steffany, who assisted me. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect fit—not just making a sale. Her knowledge was impressive; she took the time to explain the differences between options, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. What really stood out was her honesty and professionalism—there was never any pressure, just thoughtful guidance tailored to my needs and comfort. She turned what could have been an overwhelming process into an easy and even enjoyable experience. I left feeling excited about my purchase and truly appreciated as a customer. If you’re looking for exceptional service, she is the person to see. Highly recommend!

We are so grateful for Steffany’s help. Even though we live quite far from this Mattress Firm, choosing her store was the best decision we made. We came in with a long list of questions, and instead of rushing us, she took the time to research every detail and answered each one with genuine patience. It’s rare to find someone so committed to making sure a family is truly comfortable and informed rather than just making a sale. Her sincerity and expertise made the long trip more than worth it.

It was such a nice encounter with Steffany in Mattress Firm. She was remarkably kind and patient with my niece, which made the entire experience feel inclusive and comfortable for our whole family. We are thrilled with our new Tempur-Pedic mattress, bed frame, and pillows. The quality is truly exceptional. Steffany offered us many choices based on our needs and gave us abundant time to try all of them without rushing us. She’s exceptionally professional and knowledgeable with my questions. Feeling grateful walking out.
