I called up my guy steve for a sofa that I was interested in on a Thursday and although I knew the dimensions I was still not sure of the fit for my home but decided to go with a modular sectional. When I spoke to steve he assured me that the fit and the quality of the item that I was interested in was exceptional and would work. I set the contract and receive the item by the following Tuesday unbelievable delivery . The set was delivered with exceptional care and exceeded my expectations! I cannot tell you how happy I am with the quality and the fit of the set not to mention the seamless order through delivery that was done! Steve is an amazing sales person who goes above and beyond for his customers and I cannot wait to work with him again! They are an amazing team and the care and time taken for an order are beyond my expectations! Cannot wait to order again! Five star above and beyond!

10/10 experience. Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. My sales rep was Martin and delivery and assembly team was Abel! The prices are affordable and the turnaround time is quick. I picked the couch on Sunday got it on Saturday! Love it! Will be returning and telling my friends and family.

What an amazing experience from beginning to end. Starting with applying for the credit card and was approved in seconds, to the online chat with an amazing representative on Tuesday to delivery by Saturday. The delivery was fast and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for a better addition to my son’s new home. Thank you Ashley

After having big-time issues with Bob‘s discount furniture, I went to Ashley and found the perfect bedroom set. I’ve been sleeping on the floor for three weeks plus and I’m so happy now that my furniture arrived today. The guys were quick, polite and did a beautiful job. Delivery was on time, even earlier than expected. They arrived at 7:15 AM and were gone by 8:20. Again they did a fantastic job and I will continue to shop at Ashley furniture in the Future.

Bought a sofa, chair and night table at Mohegan Lake NY store. Michelle guided me through my purchases with lots of patience. Got my delivery today and was super-pleased with the care the men took in setting everything up. I feel like I have a new living room!
