I had an amazing experience at Ashley Furniture in Union, NJ. Mr. Tim (“Snap, Pop & Crackle”) and Mr. Romeo were absolutely fantastic! Their chemistry, energy, and professionalism made my mother and I feel welcomed from the moment we walked through the door. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire furniture-buying process enjoyable and stress-free. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in helping people find exactly what they need. We ended up purchasing the ModMax, and they made sure we were comfortable and confident with our decision. Huge thank you to Mr. Tim and Mr. Romeo for the outstanding customer service — Ashley Furniture is lucky to have them! Highly recommend asking for them when you visit. 🙌

Aminah sales representative from Ashley’s furniture is amazing, amazing, amazing! She was working with me for a month and a half to pick the perfect furniture for my new home. She picked the perfect colors for me and she was able to help with all the best prices available. Aminah was very professional and helped with financing options which helped save me a lot of money! Aminah helped me get an active breeze mattress queen size with a 12 piece set and also a furniture set. Aminah also helped me get a lovely rally up couch set! I’m so happy Aminah helped me all the way and on the last day of finalizing my purchase she wore an amazing money green Christmas holiday suite! Wow she needs to be promoted to the corporate level as a manager or a corporate partner ASAP! Thank Ashley’s Furniture and thank you Aminah! I was pleasantly surprised with Ashley Furniture in Union, NJ! I have been in the hunt for a dining table and decided to go to Ashley after no success with other stores. As soon as I walked in,a sales associate named Pamela greeted me with a warm smile and guided me through the whole process. She also invited me to product specialist to assist and he was equally professional and genuine. They were extremely patient and not pushy. I ended up finding the perfect table! The delivery was handled extremely well- communication was excellent! The delivery me removed their shoes before coming in and put my table together efficiently. Overall, I have a newfound love for Ashley. And if you want to see furniture in person and not take a chance online I highly recommend Ashley as they carry furniture ranging from modern to transitional and traditional. Next time I shop for furniture I am definitely visiting Ashley first.

I bought a sofa that cost me nearly $3,000! In less than a month, it was completely sagging. I contacted Customer Service, and they sent me new cushions, but a month later, the exact same thing happened! It’s just my husband and me living in the house, and we spend most of our time away from home—there is simply no way it should get damaged like this! I need a solution. I am so sad and dissapointed
