I went to the North Hills Store and Bill waited on me and he was very helpful and knowledgeable and very patience with me and answered all of my questions. Bill is a super nice person. My mattress delivery was flawless came on time and the 2 gentlemen that brought it in were professional and nice. Original Mattress Factory had the best price and excellent service.

Phil Cerussi was my sales rep today. He was very knowledgeable and very patient with me while I chose my favorite mattress. Very pleasant atmosphere and wonderful to deal with. Great talks about the mattresses and our cats. I would highly recommend coming here, and having Phil as your sales rep! :)

We liked the idea of supporting a local company. However, when the mattress was delivered, it was like a block of cement. We cannot sleep on it. My husband isn't sleeping and I am waking up in extreme pain. I had thought that there was a trial period to return it, but it is only an offer to give them additional money for a different mattress at a discount. If we had that additional money, we would have bought a higher end mattress in the first place. Additionally Phil (the store manager) gave my husband a hard time about wearing a face mask (during a covid surge), which he needs to do because I am immunocompromised. Also, on the phone with Phil I was told to "go ask my husband." This was a first for me, but I guess my female experience is complete now.
