5 stars is not enough for them. Amber completely flipped the dreaded furniture shopping into a wonderful experience. She was extremely helpful, no pushing at all and had all the patience in the world for 4 rambunctious grandkids. We went in looking for an ottoman and kinda held our breath as we walked through the door, expecting the typical sales push. And it was completely opposite! Even fell in love with a sectional with an ottoman haha Definitely will be returning for future purchases , well worth a 2 hour trip.

Quality furniture at a reasonable price. Tiffini, my salesperson, greeted me kindly, asked if I needed assistance and guided me to the type furniture that I was considering. There was no pressure, all my questions were answered and I found exactly what I needed! Best customer service experience too!

Had a really great experience at Bobs. The salesman was knowledgeable, helpful, and never made us feel pressured. The selection was excellent and there were a lot of great options to choose from. We did end up spending more than we originally planned, but hopefully the mattress ends up being as amazing as it seemed in the showroom! Overall, very happy with the experience and customer service.

Nothing like spending $2000 on a sofa for it look like this in a few months only to be told it's "normal wear and tear" and to "just buy a fabric shaver." This is NOT normal wear and tear; it's poor quality. I shouldn't have to shave my couch daily, BOB. Do better.

I went to Bob’s yesterday to purchase a couch I had seen in the showroom the other day and I just wanted to say that I’m so happy with the service I received! For starters, I’m typically super skeptical of sales associates because I know they work off of commission, however, Jason (who helped me make my purchase), was very friendly, funny, and I could tell had my best interest in mind. He wasn’t pushy and helped me pick the right option for a couch that suited my needs and helped me save some money by informing me about the different delivery options. I’m super excited about my new couch and I would definitely consider going back should I need more furniture in the future :)
