Our experience from beginning to end was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked into Ashley Furniture, we were warmly greeted by Natalie, who truly went above and beyond to earn our business. She was incredibly friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all the features and pricing for every piece of furniture we looked at. We never felt rushed and felt completely confident in our purchase thanks to her. The delivery was quick, smooth, and stress-free. Aiden and David were fantastic—very professional, polite, and incredibly accommodating, especially with our pets during the delivery. They made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Outstanding customer service all around! This was a top-notch experience from start to finish, and we will definitely be shopping at this location again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is our third time purchasing from Ashley. We love them! We had the rest of our coach and new dining room set delivered today. Our delivery people, Aiden and David, were amazing!

We had a great experience. My husband and I went into Ashley looking for recliners. We knew pretty much what we wanted. When we found it, Cason was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Once we took measurements at home, I called Cason and he took our order over the phone. He made this process very easy and arranged to have our items delivered. Our furniture arrived within the promised time frame and the gentlemen who delivered it were quick and efficient . Overall, I would recommend this store to anyone. It's really wonderful to have a local store where you can see and test things out in person along with great customer service.

Everyone that i spoke with were so helpful. The process to buy a new sofa was so easy. I was able to have the delivery date changed without any issues. I am grateful for the service I had. Those who delivered it called to tell me when they were coming and brought it in without any issues.
