Mattress Firm Pocatello

I went in to buy a new bed for my master bedroom and a new bed for my guest room. Colter was great at showing me the mattresses and helpful with ideas. I was very happy with his service and salesmanship. I am very happy with my new beds.

This is the second time I've purchased from Mattress Firm, and both times were excellent. After shopping around at all the other mattress stores, I found that Mattress Firm has the best quality mattresses for the best price. Colter helped me this time and he was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me get the mattresses I wanted even though I missed the sale. Great mattresses, great price and great customer service! Thank you!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience working with Colter Horton at Mattress Firm, and I feel compelled to share just how impressed I was. From the moment I walked in, Colter went above and beyond to make sure my family and I felt comfortable, informed, and genuinely taken care of. What really stood out to me was his communication. He has a rare ability to explain things clearly without being pushy or overwhelming. He took the time to walk me through different mattress options, materials, and price points in a way that actually made sense, which is something I’ve never experienced before when mattress shopping. I also came in with my kids, which can sometimes make shopping stressful, but Colter handled it with incredible patience and kindness. He didn’t rush us, didn’t get frustrated, and actually made the experience enjoyable for everyone. That level of professionalism and understanding is hard to find.Honestly, it’s rare to meet someone as sharp, thoughtful, and well-spoken as Colter—especially at such a young age. He is easily one of the most impressive 20-year-olds I’ve ever met. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just making a sale. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, patient, and truly great to work with, I highly recommend asking for Colter Horton. He turned what is usually a stressful decision into a smooth and positive experience. Mattress Firm is lucky to have him, and I’ll definitely be recommending him to friends and family.

Colter was fantastic in helping me get what I need and also did a great job of entertaining our kids while we tried almost all of the mattress in store really a pleasant young man and treated my wife my kids and myself with the utmost respect and care even though I know it was a hassle. On top of the great care and costumer service offered he found the mattress we liked on clearance for 60 percent off all in all great care and saved me 2000 dollars on my mattress purchase and we even decided to add an adjustable base with all of our savings and I cannot stress how impressed I am with Colter Horton and mattressfirm.

Colter is great we have now came into the store for both Presidents’ Day and Memorial Day both times we have visited he has been nothing short of a class act and one of if not the most down to earth salesperson I’ve ever worked with. He remembered exactly what we were looking at during Presidents’ Day took us straight to it and the whole process was simple and efficient and we didn’t even have to tell him anything he just remembered who we are our names and even our dogs names from last time as well as what we were looking at from our previous visit. I love that kid and every time we go see him it is really a pleasure.
