I would never buy another mattress or anything that Tanner Satterfield didn't help me on. He cares so much for his clients and their health. There aren't many people in customer service any more who know how to treat the public like Tanner. The delivery guys were very careful with my home and the furniture. They put the mattress cover back on for me and we're so friendly and thorough.

View on GoogleWhen the BIG decision came to buying a new mattress (equate to buying a car) we shopped Pocatello. Pro Fit was the first & last that we circled back to. Tanner was our guide in explaining the technology of mobile mattresses. HE KNOWS HIS STUFF--which led to us being more educated as we shopped elsewhere. Don't waste your time IF you are mattress shopping. GO PRO FIT. Beyond exceptional customer service (Tanner), price was exceptional as was delivery & setup. AND!!! The day the bed came my sheets were backordered, so I called Tanner, he waited for me at closing; gave me a discount on the most wonderful bamboo sheets.

He is knowledgeable and professional. But even more important to us, he is kind and understanding. He went above and beyond the call of duty in making sure we ended up with the right mattress for us!
View on GoogleMy wife and I were in need of a new bed, we’d had our old one for twelve plus years. To say it was worn out is an understatement. We had already been shopping at Merlin’s for TV’s and electronics so it was an easy walk over to the Pro Fit Mattress side. Joe and Troy showed their industry knowledge prowess in a comfortable way. They have a machine where one may lie down and it finds the pressure points which they then convert to possible solutions. I’ve been a ‘toss and turner’ for many years, not always getting a good night’s sleep. The bed recommendation fit BOTH my wife and me. We signed on the proverbial dotted line and ordered our mattress, headboard and base. The setup crew was quick and efficient when setting the bed up, great guys. The first night was somewhat normal, second night was better and the third was amazing! I sleep less, toss and turn less and my overall rest is much better. I’ve been sleeping much less at night and still feeling comfortably rested, my body is naturally needing less sleep time. We both love our bed and are extremely grateful for Joe, Troy and their tools. I’d definitely recommend going to see them for a sleeping/resting solution. Great locally owned business with knowledge and service that surpasses competitors.
