Sam was a great help and very patient with my partner and I on picking out our new couch for our living room. He was able to work around our schedule and we managed to make a decision within our second visit. It was then on our second visit that Mike came and helped finalize our questions and concerns. We are very much pleased with the results of our purchases. Highly recommend their assistance.

I went with my partner to purchase a small sofa and thanks to Nicole we found the right one for us. She’s so nice, friendly, patient, and very attentive. She made sure to answer any questions or concerns and would check with her management just to make sure; not like other salespersons that just want to sell you anything. It was simply a pleasure! My delivery was also great. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase!☺️🫶🏼

I came in with my family on Sunday and we met Maria. We gave her some dimensions and ideas of what we were looking for and she was able to quickly show us options that would fit in our space. We left a little while later with a beautiful sleep sofa that includes delivery, cleaning, and maintenance. Super happy with the service, the prices and the furniture selection!

Just purchased a dining room table with the help of Shanice who was great. She told us when the offer would end and made sure we didn’t miss it. She was very helpful.

Ashley furniture store they are nice to talk to about purchasing furniture, but the rules and regulations differ from the store to this phone calls as well as the delivery phone calls. On Tuesday, the phone calls started stating that the The couch I purchased will be put on the truck on Wednesday, 10 July 2024. And I had just that day, July 10, 2024 to change my purchase or if I did not want to couch at all Permission to do so would be lost. Why are they putting my couch on the truck on Wednesday to be delivered July 12, 2024 I don’t know. I would lose the opportunity to change my mind, And if I change my mind, I would lose $100. If I change the couch that I wanted, it would cost $100, If I changed the delivery day, That would cost $100. If I was not there when they are delivering the couch, it would be automatically delivered another day. It would cost $100. Ashley furniture store as well as a lot of other businesses are giving out too many and way too much conditions to purchase items from their store, That would generate more money than the items are worth. Beware, all Entities are trying to generate more money, By setting to too many conditions on purchases, Of clothes, Furniture, Or any item that has been brought from their establishment. Their rules and regulations do not coincide when purchasing all items, But differ From the actual agreement. Ashley furniture store and their rules and regulations do not add up together.
