Wonderful experience with Nicole! We have a relatively small space, and she was super helpful in figuring out which couches would work in our space. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely worth the trip out here to get the right couch!

Aeshia and Akelah at the Ashley’s in Kings Plaza Brooklyn were awesome. They gave outstanding customer service and went over and beyond. They were very knowledgeable and were truly concerned of our needs and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we got not only the best deal but what was in our budget. Will definitely return and refer friends. They were helpful and pleasant to work with you won’t regret shopping here. So happy we returned and they had exactly what we were looking for in a leather couch set for our basement and the delivery is very speedy as well. So grateful.

I had such a great experience with Ashley Furniture, and I have to give a huge shout out to Stanley for his exceptional service. Three years ago, when I first moved into my apartment, Stanley helped me pick out my first couch, bed, and dresser. He was incredibly patient, kind, and efficient, making the whole process smooth and exciting. I truly felt amazing walking out with everything I needed. Fast forward three years later, I came back to Ashley Furniture to get a few more pieces, and not only was Stanley still there, but he actually remembered me. That level of personal connection meant a lot. Once again, he was patient, responsive, and efficient, answering my messages, calling me back, and taking the time to walk me through the store to find exactly what I needed. I really appreciate Stanley’s professionalism, friendly personality, and the genuine care he puts into helping his customers. I’ll definitely be returning to Ashley Furniture again and will be asking for Stanley. Highly recommend working with him—I’ll be referring all my friends and family his way!
