Manny and Alex were a tremendous help in what I saw as a potentially stressful experience. We came in looking for just a couch, and they were able to find one that my girlfriend and I both agreed on and met the specifications that we were looking for. We didn’t leave with just a couch - we left with rugs, a dresser and a coffee table too! They’re good at their jobs lol. But overall we left very happy with the quality and price of the items we got, and the service we received. Would highly recommend them.

Diandra is exceptional. She walked us through everything in the store, exhibiting patience and detailed knowledge of the brand and the catalog. She provided amazing recommendations regarding the quality, build, material, as well as color of the products we were interested in, and never once pressured us or oversold anything. Besides her sales and product knowledge, Diandra is personable and friendly, communicates really clear, and we felt like we got along really well. We left feeling comfortable with our purchases and generally had a really fun and productive visit.

Emily was so great! She helped us right away and listened intently to the kind of couch we wanted. She prepared a list of options for us on our second visit and was patient and professional. Imani was also an amazing help! Both sales reps were kind and fun to work with. The ordering process was also seamless.

My recent visit at Ashley was nothing but fantastic. Jonathan gave me the best experience ever. Being attentive, knowledgeable, Caring, most importantly Patient. I trully loved that he didn’t force or make me feel pressured into getting something just to make a sale. Anything I didn’t understand he went over, took his time with me, did a lot of compare and contrast, helped me understand the difference between different brands recommendations and quality. To keep it simple and short I am extremely happy and excited about my purchase, he’s a phenomenal man and I would highly recommend him if your visiting this store in industry city.

We had the best experience making our mattress purchase. Diandra was wonderful at walking us through our options. She asked questions about our sleep habits and narrowed down mattresses for us to test so we weren’t overwhelmed with choices. She was incredibly knowledgeable, listened to all our concerns and found us a perfect fit. We appreciated Diandra taking her time with us and never making us feel rushed into making a decision. We can’t wait to spend our first night in our new bed!!
