Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

The absolute best experience shopping at Bobs. I previously bought from Ashley furniture and paid for the warranty and they denied the claims every time. I bought the warranty at Bobs and walked in to let them know my chargers weren’t working and the manager scheduled a replacement for that same week. They delivered the parts and fixed my couch within 10 minutes. Cannot say enough great things about this company, employees, and experience!!

I had a great experience! Christian was very patient and helpful. Answered all my questions and explain the whole process to me. His manager Keisha was also a delight! Both were very friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable! Definitely would recommend working with this team!

The service was excellent. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted at the door, and the sales representative, Charlie, assisted my mother and me. I was a bit indecisive about what color couch to choose, how many seats I needed, and the type of texture I wanted. However, Charlie was incredibly patient; He even took the time to draw a layout of how the space would look with the furniture I had in mind, which really helped me visualize everything. The manager was also very helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain exactly what I was purchasing before we completed the payment. I would definitely recommend Bob’s Furniture to anyone.

Can I say exceptional? First off.....Me and a friend of mines went to BOB'S discount furniture with only an idea of what I wanted...only to be greeted by Brendan whom was SUPER AMAZING... and goes beyond the call of duty to make sure you get what you want and provided alternatives if you was uncertain. I anticipated only getting a couch (that my decreased mom adored before she passed) and a kitchen table. I was super excited to leave out of there with a new adjustable bed for myself, a fireplace, kitchen dinette table and chairs, and the couch. He even gave me financing options if cost was an issue...which i didn't need All came less then a week...except the couch which was going going to take almost a month to receive. BUT..... that was only an estimated time of delivery.. Brendan kept in touch and let me know I could get it a week earlier, then scheduled at my earliest convenience to be delivered. I SO APPRECIATED THAT. Even when my fireplace sustained some damaged upon delivery...An replacement was put in and scheduled for the same day the couch was set to be delivered. I'm super grateful for Brendan and his amazing customer service...He had me SOLD... and was super patient.... made sure all my products was GOOF PROOFED TOO... There's nothing like that sense of security. If I do any more shopping at bobs.. Brendan my Guy!

Nice store. Greeted as soon as I entered. Sales person (Mark) was very nice and helpful. I had already reviewed what I needed online. First issue was sales person tried to charge me $1000 more than what I already knew from shopping online. When he realized that I wasn’t having it, he said he didn’t realize the mattress was included with the bed. Ended up canceling the order due to delivery issues the day of delivery. Tried calling the store no response. Sent Mark text message 3/5/26 and to this day 3/20/26 he never responded.
