Raphael at Ashley Furniture is the perfect representative for the company. His initial greeting was warm and encouraging. He was very patient with our extensive questions, and offered beneficial suggestions based on our needs. When you walk into a store to make substantially large financial purchases, you want a friendly, knowledgeable, and competent representative to work with you on achieving your goals. Raphael met and exceeded our expectations on all counts. That folks, is customer service!

I had been looking at couches for a while. Every time I would go in Anthony was very helpful but also wasn’t overwhelming me by following my every move. Finally got my husband on board and went to buy a couch. The manager found Anthony for me and he was able to help complete the process smoothly and get my couches scheduled for delivery this week. Very happy smooth and easy process.

Rosa the sales associate was very helpful. She allowed me an my wife to browse without being hounded or followed. We quickly found something that we liked and it was far below our budget ceiling. We were able to purchase a sofa set and picked it up the very next day. We will definitely be back for other furniture.

Sales person Rafael was very helpful. Explained alot of things about the product. Was funny and kept things light, never pushy. Delivery happened really close to time given. Delivery guys were very careful with our new furniture as well as our home. Setup everything and we love our new furniture.
