I’ve been shopping for a new couch and visited multiple furniture stores, including clearance outlets, wholesale furniture stores, and even two other Ashley locations. Without question, this Ashley store provided the best overall experience. Not only did they offer the best pricing and value, but the customer service was truly next level. Ryland, Mike (MJ), and Tim were incredibly patient throughout the entire process. They went far above and beyond anything I experienced at other stores. They took the time to help with measurements, walk through different room configurations, compare multiple options, and make sure I found the right couch for my space and needs. Most importantly, they worked hard to find the best possible solution within my budget. Even some of the clearance and wholesale stores couldn’t come close to the combination of quality, service, and pricing they were able to provide. At no point did I feel pressured. Instead, I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me make the right decision. Their knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Hands down the best Ashley store I’ve visited. If you’re furniture shopping, I highly recommend stopping here and asking for Ryland, Mike (MJ), or Tim. They’ve earned a customer for life.

My experience working with Zeena at Ashley Furniture has been outstanding! I wanted a sectional but had absolutely no idea how to measure or how to mix and match the pieces. Zeena did all of that for me and it turned out perfectly! She was so patient explaining why something would or wouldn’t work and making suggestions. She even suggested that it might be better to wait on getting an extra piece that I thought I wanted. She explained that sometimes it’s better to experience it in the room and then see if I still wanted the extra piece. In other words, there were no high pressure sales tactics. But Zeena didn’t need to do that because her meticulous work on planning the room spoke for itself! Oh, and I completely totally love the sectional I purchased! Zeena works at the Ashley Furniture off I-45. Ask for her and you won’t be disappointed!

Great selection and prices of quality furnishings. The salesmen assisting us (Steven & Timothy) were great being available and helpful without being pushy like in all the other furniture stores we visited. They also did not wear obnoxious cologne or other scents that triggered my allergies like other stores did. We ended up making our purchases here and recommend it highly.

Great experience selecting our patio furniture. Very knowledgeable sales staff that handled all our questions. The salesman, Timothy Perry, made the whole experience great! No pressure, he just let us look around and then got what we wanted.

Every one is so helpful and good services at Ashley Furniture Store. My daughter and I came on Saturday ( Memorial Day weekend) Timothy is really nice , and kind . He helped me with the dinning table but i kept changing my mind about the table but i need to wait for my husband to come back from out of town . We end up came late the same day and James help us with our dinning table ( Timothy wasn’t there when we came back ) . James was really patience and stayed pass their closing time to help us out and we did bought the table . Now we are waiting for the delivery date . Thank you so much !
