Ashley Store

I spoke to three different people and all I got was a case number. Personally, I believe you’re better off shopping with a locally owned furniture store where customer service and accountability are a priority. I purchased a couch from the Pearland location and carefully selected the color I wanted. When it was delivered, it was the wrong color. I immediately contacted the store, only to be told that because the couch had already been delivered, there was nothing they could do. I then called customer service and spoke with two additional representatives, but once again all I received was a case number with no resolution. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. When a company makes a mistake, customers should not have to chase down answers and be passed from person to person. Unfortunately, this will be the last purchase I make from a corporate furniture retailer. The pictures below is what I wanted versus what I got. I wanted the showroom model color, grey but got orange instead.

Mr. Nate is a phenomenal salesman! His expertise on the products are very informative. He patiently takes his time to go over and have you experience the different products and brands so that you can understand your own wants and needs. He diligently works with you, the credit department and his manager to make the deal work. I am very grateful for his time and patience. We left as extremely happy customers!

Had a pleasant experience at Ashley’s tonight with Nate Brown and the manager Ann. Nate was very knowledgeable and patient with us and helped us find the perfect sectional for my grandparents, and it was within our budget. He guided us to exactly what we were looking for. The manager Ann came to check on us and was kind and sweet. She played with my toddler and made us feel comfortable and taken care of. Thank you for the great service!

JAY the salesman was "Super" and was very helpful in suggesting "color scheme ". I was very impressed with his patient and interest in what he does as a living. My daughter would recommend his service to anyone and I can truly say I Believe God sent us to "shop " at ASHLEY vs where we was headed too. I am looking forward in seeing what the "ending" will be in the delivery of my " merchandise ". Thanks Mr. Broussard for your services and friendliness. Keep up the good work!!!.

First time buying furniture. The experience was amazing. Gail was very welcoming and made the entire process amazing. Got a great deal! Toby made the mattress process seamless! Loved it! Will be back.
