Brooklyn Bedding

Brooklyn Bedding is amazing to deal with their products is amazing. I recently placed an order for the Copper Flex Pro and the adjustable base. It was at a reasonable price and it is very high quality. I have gotten better sleep, and more comfort. If you are looking into Bedding definitely use Brooklyn Bedding!

Scott made our mattress shopping experience so easy! He was incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of the business, answered all of our questions (even the ones we didn’t know we had), and kept it fun! He genuinely cared about our sleep quality and asked all of the important questions to make sure we left with what we were looking for. We ended up ordering a Helix after trying a few different styles and I think we’re really going to love it. They even hooked us up with delivery and hauling away our old mattress! Thanks again Scott!

Had a great experience with Erik at Brooklyn Bedding. Came the day before to test out mattresses and Erik was super helpful and very patient. We needed to leave so we came back the next day to buy a bed and he was awesome the whole way through - sent us an email of the pricing, matched pricing on our pillows and even got us a greater discount on the mattress than the manufacturer’s website. 10/10 would recommend

Purchase a BB mattress and knew pretty quick it was to soft but have to wait 30 days, should have returned it but they convinced us to try the new Helix Elite, after a few weeks it felt like the same mattress but was told the sleep nights do start over with the new mattress. Now we're stuck with a $5k mattress w/ frame and endless back pain. Would not recommend this company, they were great when they wanted to sell us something but once you're locked in they could care less about your concerns.

My wife and I had an excellent purchase experience with Brooklyn Bedding in Tempe, AZ. Our salesman, Erik was terrific. He was friendly and professional. He didn’t pressure us at all, was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and gave us lots of alone time/space to test out a variety of mattresses. We decided on the Plank Firm Lux w/cooling cover, two cooling pillows, and a mattress cover. We are very pleased with our purchase. We purchased mid-day on a Friday. Erik said it may take 8-10 days to receive our order. We were shocked when we woke up the next morning with a text from FedEx stating our mattress was on a truck out for delivery that day. It was delivered before 10:30am. We definitely recommend Brooklyn Bedding for their products, service, warranty, and fast delivery.
