Mattress Firm Tempe Emerald Center

I went in looking to get a queen mattress in a box because I need to transport it back to California. I had gone to a Mattress Firm on Bell Road with my sister and cousin and was just met with someone who was helpful but not too friendly. Then we found this one after heading to IKEA and Brad met us with warmth and kindness. As a young woman, he made the process of getting a mattress so fun and inviting. He explained the firmness, the width, payment plan, and delivery process. He made me laugh and smile, and it made a stressful process so much fun! I got the Sleepy’s Sealy Spring Plush Mattress Prime for $1,599.99, Basic Waterproof Mattress Protector Queen Prime, and have them set up and haul away. Brad explained that the protector is super important to prevent the accumulated dead skin, dust mites, etc. I hate bugs, so I felt comfortable adding that to my checkout list. Thank you, Brad, for being such a fantastic worker, and I hope you continue to be AMAZING. Can’t wait to receive my mattress.

First of all we came in knowing nothing about how to sleep well. We thought we just needed a new mattress. But Rob educated us on more than just that. Rob broke down all the specifics on what creates a good nights rest. He showed us all around the store and tried so many different beds and pillows till we found our Goldilocks zone. But that was just the beginning. We still had the journey of finding of what was right for both me and my wife. We had such a great experience there. But it wasn’t just an experience for us. It changed our life. Buying a new bed is the best investment for yourself. And if you’re looking for a better way to start your day. Come on down here and speak with Rob!!

We've been procrastinating on buying a new queen size bed since last October. Tom put us at ease and asked us questions about our sleeping habits. Then we tested a few mid range priced beds on sale and we ended up with a Sealy hybrid bed. We also received a free cooling mattress protector and a discounted cooling pillow for myself. Our purchase yesterday was seamless & efficient. Thank you so much Tom for giving us excellent customer service.🤩 We really appreciate it!!!

Our experience with Brandon at this location was outstanding. His knowledge and expertise made the whole experience very comfortable for us. Thank you for your patience and efforts to answer our questions and provide us some understanding & clarity in our decision process. Great job!

We had a great experience buying our new mattress here at this location, and Tom helping us is definitely the reason for that! He was so knowledgeable and kind and was able to get everything we needed and more all within our budget. We were also pleased with the amount of different options and quick delivery. I would highly recommend Tom and this mattress firm location for anyone looking for a new bed!
