Although store staff and especially Sonya, were very competent, my delivery didn’t go well. It was very rainy. Delivery men had no shoe covers, which could have made a mess on my cleaned carpets. As they carried furniture in, they damaged both pieces with dirt and mud. I was told to report it to service at store, which I did, but I’ve yet to hear back. It’s been almost a week.

We had such a good experience buying our couches from Carol. From the moment we walked in, she was so sweet, very knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. She took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us compare different options/colors/sizes, and made the whole process super easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend her.

I couldn’t get my money back because the paperwork they make you sign literally says you can’t get your money back now I know why that’s there! So finally after me calling every single month and I wonder where my couch is, I get an actual date. There is a light at the end of this tunnel…… I literally had a beg delivery driver guys to put the furniture on, I had to tell them that my order was in and that it was at the warehouse and then I needed to go on They wasn’t gonna call me! so then, after that, they finally get to my house couple days later I’m their last stop of course you know they weren’t on. Here’s the best part of it all. They finally get here to bring my couch in and they’re putting it together and the dude can’t get my couch together and he starts kick my brand new couch that I waited months from! Like buddy, you don’t lost your mind he kick multiple times! I’m over here like yeah I just kick it. I don’t need it. I didn’t wait five months for it. This couch didn’t cost two grand just kick it! please read reviews just don’t buy anything I learned and they just will never get my business again

We Love our New coffee table and couch from Ashley’s❤️ sales associate Loren was super nice and wasn’t pushy to make sale! We really loved the laid back and relaxing atmosphere while looking at furniture! Great experience, good quality furniture and very fair pricing! We will definitely be back! Our only downfall was we had a hard time with the warehouse and getting them to answer our phone calls to get updates on delivery. But on a good note, we were able to get update by stopping in store. Our furniture was thankfully delivered the next week❤️
