Kristina was amazing. She was patient. Let us walk the store. Checked on us. Answered our questions and helped us purchase a beautiful painting. We will be back. :) extremely satisfied.

I will give the experience a 2.5 our sales associate (Christiana) was new, and for sure could tell the newness. Needed help with the sale multiple times (not an issue) spoke on the microphone while sitting with us about someone else’s sale (tacky) and was doing the application wrong. Come to find out, the trainer saved us money in the end that Christiana wasn’t even on planning to offer. The trainer 100% saved the deal for us, we actually went back and forth on calling the store to switch the commission. Advice in the sales position…. 1) the customer in front of you should get the best experience from start to finish, doesn’t matter how new you are… and for sure don’t be getting on the microphone talking about “big deals” happening in the store. 2) be the customers advocate, not finding a deal because you want the bigger commission isn’t a good sales guy. 3) be confident in what is being sold, having to ask questions left and right shows me you don’t know the product (did learn Christina is 3 months in and was sick a majority of the time) still needs to be confident in product and taking applications vs worrying about commission size. We were an in and out deal- closed case. Knew exactly what we wanted and got it. But we were there for 2 hours +. For no reason.

I was in the store 4 different times browsing, then buying, then back to make changes to what I had purchased! All the staff were so kind and patient, especially Danny. I really enjoyed working with her. She was so helpful.

Went into Ashley in West Jordan. Roxanne and Ryan helped us out. We wanted to see how things looked. They were awesome and accommodating. They moved furniture around so we could see what it would look like. They gave advice on things. We were very appreciative. We'll be coming back in for more of our furniture needs.
