I signed up for the white glove delivery service, and overall it was a good experience. The team arrived early in the day, which I really appreciated, and they worked quickly and efficiently. The setup itself was done fast and smoothly. The reason I gave four stars instead of five is because the plastic wrapping on the furniture was very dirty, and it left quite a bit of dirt along the walls and corners that I had to clean afterward. There was also a gouge in the wall that I’m confident happened during the delivery. I had just been downstairs vacuuming right before they arrived, so I know it wasn’t there beforehand. When I pointed it out, they denied it, which was disappointing. Aside from those issues, the delivery was handled quickly and professionally. I appreciated how fast they got everything done. I don’t have any pictures of the dirty walls because they cleaned them right after since I had company coming right over.

The starts that I leave is just for the guy in the store since he was amazing.The service at the store was excellent; we were treated very well, and the staff helped us tremendously with everything we needed. However, we paid a delivery fee for a scheduled delivery set for today at 10:30 AM. One of the individuals who arrived to make the delivery was extremely rude; they threatened to leave, even though they had arrived half an hour earlier than agreed upon. That person should not be working in any customer-facing role, as they clearly do not know how to speak to customers. We literally paid a $200 fee just to be treated poorly. Furthermore, our carpet had been professionally cleaned the day before so that we could set up the bed; right now, there are shoe prints left by those individuals all over my room. In other words, I paid a $200 delivery fee only to be mistreated and to have to pay *again* to have my carpet cleaned. I strongly recommend that you provide customer service training to every employee working under the Ashley name!

I was so impressed with the outstanding customer service at the Ashley Furniture store in Orem. I needed help selecting living room furniture for our new home in Provo, and Michael was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional! I have purchased Ashley furniture in the past, and felt like it was very well made, and affordable! I highly recommend, and will continue to shop there!!!

BEWARE!! No consideration for your time at all!!! My wife purchased bed set and dresser drawer about two weeks ago, and it has been an absolute nightmare. We are expecting a baby next week and needed a more elevated bed to get in and out of. I took time off work to be present for the initial delivery, only to receive a call stating they couldn’t deliver that day. After speaking with Ben and the manager, they rescheduled it for two days later. When I called on the reschedule date to confirm, I found out we still weren’t on the schedule. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. Only other option given was to put the order on hold or cancel. I ended up canceling my order and will purchase elsewhere. If your time is valuable, I highly recommend shopping at RC Willey!

We were welcomed by our salesman, Denim Blackham, and he was courteous and engaged the entire time. He found out what we wanted and did all he could to fulfill our needs! We’re were satisfied with the product and the service, as well as the price. This was a five star experience if we ever had one!
