We recently visited several stores to find a new sofa, and while most places were quite unaffordable all around, Ashley had many options that were in budget and that offered a good variety of features.
This was our first time at this location, however we have purchased furniture by the Ashley brand on several occasions, and we have consistently had a good experience. We've always found an option we like within budget.
We were greeted at the door by Michele, who informed us of how the pricing works and a few other details, and she stopped by a few times throughout our visit to check if we had any questions. We had a very friendly interaction, Michele was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, and when it came time to purchase, she made the process super clear and easy.

Debby helped me find a couch and was absolutely delightful to work with. She really knows her stuff, was patient, and took the time to listen to what I was looking for. The whole experience was enjoyable, and I ended up with exactly what I needed. Truly a 10 out of 10 experience and I’ll return for sure in the future!

We had a great experience with our first purchase from Ashley Furniture! We got the perfect living room set for our family. Brennan was excellent at helping us through the process and even called after delivery to make sure we were completely happy. We will absolutely go back for all our furniture needs in the future!
