Great experience with sales team Alec and Heather! They were patient and helpful. No pressure at all and I love the value and price points for the electric recliner leather sofa and faux leather accent chair with ottoman I purchased. Highly recommend Bob’s!

I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, so we headed straight to the Elm set. Eamon quickly set up my profile and made me feel completely comfortable sharing my information. He walked us through all the available options with clarity and patience, making the process feel easy and stress-free. What really stood out was Eamon’s personality—warm, welcoming, and authentic, with an infectious laugh that immediately put us at ease. He made a real effort to get to know us, creating a connection that felt sincere rather than transactional. Both my husband and I appreciated how natural and personable he was. View on GoogleWe had a great experience at Bob’s. The sales men and women weren’t pushy at all, but were available if we had any questions or to show us features we may not have realized otherwise. We worked with Kyle and he was wonderful. After trying multiple couches in store I needed to go home to measure before I decided. We texted back and forth, and he was able to modify the couch we wanted to be exactly what we were looking for. The whole process a breeze! You can’t beat the prices, and they have a huge selection in store to try before you buy. Highly recommend checking them out! Thanks Kyle!!

Kyle showed his knowledge of the stores products which helped us decide on our purchase. After asking if Bob's offered a military discount to service members, Kyle shared that he was a former military service member. My husband and he shared some Army memories, spoke of people they knew, as they both served in the same unit. We find it nice when a sales person puts a personal spin into the conversation and doesn't just focus on making the sale. Kyle was very professional throughout our visit at your store and made us feel that we were valued customers. Kyle made it a very enjoyable experience and we look forward to making future purchases through him.
