Ashley Store

The store is absolutely massive. There are two levels with an impressive amount of furniture. They also offer mattresses on both floors. The decor and design of the furniture is geared toward rustic/ American /magnolia tropes. For us, we were looking for Scandinavian or modern designed furniture. They really don't have that here, however, their leather furnitures can skew toward modern. And the leather for the price appears quite good. Some other sectionals are absolutely massive in scope, we're talking 8 to 12 people on a couch. They also have couch fabric that mimics stuffed animals, so if you're into that thing... I was surprised that their coffee table furniture was very pricey considering the quality of the construction and materials. Something that should be $299 or 399 ended up costing $800. The local delivery fee of $200 is a bit expensive. Also their returns aren't free. The staff is fine and available for questions but they don't pester you which I like. The reason for four stars is I think the vast majority of people out in Manchester and really New England would like this furniture. So if you can't find a couch or chair here, you're probably not going to find it in New England 🙂

Marybeth was is an outstanding sales person. I purchased furniture for a whole house. She was patient kind and even gave me e her granola bar because I hadn’t had any lunch. I’m very picky and we walked up & down the stairs and all over the showroom. Marybeth I highly recommend you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We enjoyed our shopping experience with Mary-Beth for our new couch for our new home! She did a great job answering any questions we had about pricing, financing, and color/fabric options. She also was kind and supportive in helping us make a sound decision!

Dacoda was EXCELLENT. I found a couch online that I wanted to check out. He led me to that couch without taking me all over the showroom floor. He let me know if I had any questions he would be available. He didn't follow me around. There was no pressure from him at all. He was knowledgeable about the furniture on the floor. I found the perfect couch to fit my small frame and I also purchased the matching chair and a half and ottoman to go with my couch. If you are looking for excellent, no pressure sales and good quality furniture, come to Ashley and ask for Dacoda!

The delivery costs are crazy! It is $500 to get a sectional delivered. To offset the delivery cost I tried to call the store to add a mattress to my delivery and they told me that cannot be done because it would delay my shipping by 10 days. I agreed to this delay in shipping and after an hour of adding the mattress they sent me a link to pay which would not work. APPARENTLY, you cannot pay if your billing address is different than the delivery address. This makes absolutely no sense for people that have second homes. It was a lot of effort and time spent to try and pick out things in the Manchester Ashely Regency Store. The only wonderful thing about my experience at the store was my sales girl, Levi, was amazing. She deserves a 10-star review! Unfortunately it was my other 2 hours spent on the phone with a sales manager who could do nothing but tell me that it's the store's policy that delivery address has to match your billing address. And that ended that so no additional mattress is being added to my order and it will be the last time I ever shop at any Ashley store. And it's a shame because I have used Ashley for over 20 years to furnish several houses in Florida.
