Nice, peaceful, no-pressure sales staff. A quiet store environment and plenty of room to mill about. Full windows onto the walkway. Big parking lot north of the building, just a 50 yard walk away.

I live in New York City but I had the pleasure of chatting with Talulah, who works at the Boulder store, via the website chat. She was lovely to chat with and extremely helpful. I purchased my avocado mattress and topper several years ago and I love them both. Now I'm adding pillows! The combination of terrific product and outstanding customer service makes me keep returning to Avocado!!

3 years with our avocado mattress, and we have a sinkhole forming in the middle with springs poking out. Impossible to sleep on. Avocado told us "That just couldnt happen with their mattresses." Well it did. The amount of loopholes in their 25 year "warranty" allowed them to deny our claim. Wasted thousands of dollars.

My recent experience with Avocado - sales associates in Boulder were fine however: Hello Hannah - just so your aware, you need to absolutely be more clear that when ordering a $3500 avocado bed and platforms, what curbside delivery actually means. I would have absolutely paid for white glove service had I known the delivery company wouldn’t drop a very expensive bed at my door but rather the top of the DRIVEWAY saying his truck couldn’t go into my very large circular driveway. Not to mention they were 90 minutes late PAST their window of delivery without even a courtesy of a phone call to say they’d be late because I had an appointment I had to leave for. Pretty disappointed with the delivery experience. And, this took one month to get. Had we known there would be a delay in getting items to manufacture the actual bed (which is what I was told when on a CHAT with Avocado Support, I would not have ordered the product. BETTER COMMUNICATION AVOCADO MATTRESS - for such an expensive product - DO BETTER!!!

I needed to place a large order for 5 mattresses and 8 pillows. James was incredibly kind, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and a delight to interact with. I have owned avocado products in the past, and finally found a product line where quality is not sacrificed for non toxic, eco friendly materials. I am happy to say that the customer service matches their unmatched execution.
