Gabe was extremely helpful throughout the entire mattress buying process. He took the time to show me several different models and helped me find the perfect firmness level for my sleeping style. I never felt rushed or pressured, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. He also helped me select pillow types that would best complement the way I sleep, which made the experience feel very personalized. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and truly appreciate the knowledge, patience, and professionalism Gabe provided. Highly recommend!

I just had the most pleasant experience with the store manager, Gabe. I placed an online order and accidentally selected the wrong size adjustable base. Mattress firm customer service basically doesn’t exist so I called my local store and Gabe was able to help correct my order and help upgrade my delivery type. I’m in the process of moving my sick & elderly parents to Colorado from Illinois…Gabe’s act of kindness truly made my day. We need more people like Gabe in this world. 10/10! Highly recommend. I popped into mattress firm on 28th St. in Boulder and initially worked with Francisco. He was very friendly, fairly knowledgeable, and showed a willingness to help. After some research, following my initial review of mattress options, as well as two conversations via chat and phone to the main Toll-free number, I returned to that store without going to any other competition, and made my purchase. Also with San Francisco. Let’s see how the delivery and set up goes before I make my final comment.
