I was looking for quality down pillows and they had them. I ordered a travel and a standard size excited to know that they have 100 day tryout. Eric King assisted me today and also Taylor Cheeseman helped out as well. Both were very professional, informative and helpful. The store had lots of choices of mattresses and pillows. It was very clean and inviting. I WOULD RECOMMEND
View on GoogleDo NOT purchase wood furniture from Avocado. It separates on the seams. It is only treated on one side, dry on the other. Continues to dry as you own it and the wood pulls apart. This AZ store refuses to warranty its furniture and blames the consumer for the wood drying and separating.

View on GoogleGreat experience. We live in an area that does not have an Avocado Store and we were in LA and went to the Santa Monica facility where Tyler helped us. The Regional Manager Eric was extremely helpful and initiated the purchasing process. Eric arranged the white glove delivery and that went well. The whole experience was very positive and we look forward to many years of great sleep. Thank you Avocado Team for all of your professionalism and help.
