Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

I had placed an order for a CA King mattress topper and it came in the wrong size (came about 4-5 inches too short). It was no doing of the staff, however I still needed to go in to sort out getting the correct sizing. The staff Jorene and the other person that man’s the counter were so pleasant, kind, and helped me immediately. They let me know they’d open a ticket and a new one would be sent. I’ll update this review with timeline, but overall so pleased with my experience and grateful they were happy to help.

Rishi was so very helpful during our experience at Tempur-Pedic. We never once felt pressured to purchase anything and he made sure we were completely comfortable with what we ended up getting. He spent so much time making sure our selection was perfect for us. Definitely recommend and we can’t wait for our new mattress.

Great experience. Marnin was very knowledgeable about the mattress we were specifically interested in. He even pointed out features that I didn't know about! Looking forward to many restul nights in our new Tempurpedic!

Yay ! I just got the Breeze protector on sale for $25 off but rarely goes on sale . Can’t wait to use these organic Egyptian cotton sheets on my king active breeze mattress. Rishi my salesman was so kind to spend time with me on the feel of all the materials for all the sheets. The store was so nice and clean. Julien T. helped my partner and myself pick out the right pillows for our sleeping style and neck pain. He was very knowledgeable about the products in the store and so easy to talk with. We each took home a pillow. I got the Adapt pillow for side sleeping and neck pain with adjustable filler, and my partner got the low profile Breeze pillow for his neck pain and the cooling effect. Pillows were a great price. Julien also showed us the awesome new bases for beds and informed us about the ways they support and track our sleep and help with back pain and headaches. We are definitely thinking about purchasing one for our bed in the future. We're excited about our purchase!
