We were met by Jaime, the viewing room manager. She was really informative and encouraged us to try all the different the different mattresses. She was friendly and helpful, not at all pushy, just a nice friendly and knowledgeable lady. She proceeded to prossess our order and let us know all of our options. All in all our experience turned into a very positive experience

Great experience. We knew we made the right decision the minute we laid down on the showroom model. Then we needed to amend the platform of our order the day after we purchased and it was very easy and stress free. So happy with the wonderful customer service. Thank you and we highly recommend Saatva!!

I spent 80 minutes this evening at the Scottsdale store with a very nice salesperson. We put together a lists of my desired purchases, including a king mattress, king foundation, mattress cover, sheets, and pillows. I asked for the best "deal" and was given a discount. While checking out, it occurred to me that I had been sent a text from Saatva earlier in the day for "$50 off your mattress purchase," which I presented to the salesperson. She would not honor the additional very small discount because she insisted to me that she had already given me her best discount, and she did not work under commission (did I ask?)....even though this $50 corporate discount did not come with any strings attached, and my purchase was going to be nearly $5k. I asked her if she was willing to let me walk away from the purchase for an extra $50... and indeed she was. So I left the store without buying on principle since Saatva did not honor the promotional text. Unbelievable! Update: I am VERY IMPRESSED by Saatva, as their cutomer service contacted me less than 24 hours after my initial negative experience, and I have contacted them, and they have agreed to make everything right for me. I am extremely grateful for their support and, most importantly, for their rapid attention to excellent customer service!

We were met by Mike and he was nothing but helpful and informative. He took us through the showroom showing us all the different beds and explaining the differences between all of them. Then he explained all the differences between the bed frames. Excellent customer service and the price was also great as well. Well worth a visit.

My wife had visited last week and spoke with an individual named Mike. He was very knowledgeable and very informative however, I was not with her on the visit. We had then come back later the following week and spoke to Jada. She was extremely helpful. We ended up purchasing a mattress and bed and are anxiously awaiting its arrival. The in store experience in first class.
