Back in 2020, I bought an Avocado mattress and pillows and loved them so much that they've been my go-to for natural and organic bedding accessories ever since. Today, I had a great experience getting all the help I needed from Melissa through the Avocado website's chat feature. Great service has so hard to find lately. If the store manager is reading this, give Melissa a raise AND a promotion! It's incredible that a company in 2025 cares as much about the customer experience as Avocado does. They've clearly trained their employees well and cultivated a great customer service atmosphere. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleMelissa at the Portland Avocado store was just the best! She's very pleasant, thoughtful and knowledgeable. It was fairly busy at the time of our visit but she answered all of questions and we never felt rushed or pressured.
View on GoogleWhat a fantastic experience I had with Avocado. It's a lot of money but how much time do we spend sleeping? I just ordered so I am not reviewing the actual product, but the process was seamless. Kai helped me out and it was great speaking to an actual person. He answered all of my questions and had a great personality. I am super happy with purchasing from Avocado just because it seems the company cares- from the people they hire to the product they create. I cannot wait to receive my mattress and bed foundation. Based off of this experience, I will look into other products from Avocado in the future. 5 stars all the way!!!!
View on GoogleExcellent experience with Jordan Eldridge via chat on the Avocado Green Mattress web site. I was initially reluctant to interact with the chat feature since most sites seem to have switched to AI and/or are very slow in responding to each question. I was very pleasantly surprised to find not just a real person but someone who was giving full and immediate attention. He listened well to what I was looking for, knew his product line, and could guide me in my choices.
View on GoogleI had the best experience working with Maxwell from the Portland store to place an order for our new mattress. He helped ensure we could take advantage of the holiday sale pricing, while coordinating a delayed shipping time due to our upcoming move. He was incredibly helpful and responsive and took so much stress off our logistics! Can’t wait for our new mattress!
