We went to Baer's in Port Charlotte and all the folks that work there are wonderful and so friendly! We had to cancel our first delivery because we ordered a sofa that was too big! It was a non issue for them and helped us get the sofa we wanted! From Frank and Frank, the ladies in the office, the manager and the delivery guys were just awesome! We highly recommend this Baer's! 😁

Frank was great to work with and wasn’t pushy at all. We really liked the quality of furniture here over some of the other stores. The girl at the counter messed up our delivery date but the manager made some quick adjustments and had it delivered the next day. We’re happy.

Just recently purchased a bedroom set and a few other pieces. First I want to say that the service I received from the team at this location was great and helpful. I worked personally with Tina and she was phenomenal. 10 out of 10 when it comes to customer service with her!!! She answered any questions I had and was very informative when telling me about the different styles of furniture I was considering. I’m glad she was able to assist me as well as the rest of the managers and staff.

Love our Skipper swivel chairs that were delivered today. A great solition for a U shaped furniture arrangement. Perfect for conversation or TV viewing..
