Sleep Number

Jeff at the Sleep Number store was extremely knowledgeable and not the typical pushy salesperson. He gave us the information and told us to take our time and explained the products benefits, features, costs and financing options as well as the warranty snd guarantees. It was a very pleasant experience and we ended up buying a new mattress, cover, base, pillow, sheets and remote. A true investment in our health. I would recommend Jeff at this Sleep number store in Port Charlotte without reservation. A+!!!

When we arrived, Michael greeted us and we could tell right away we were not going to be pressured. We didn't know much about the Sleep Number system untill he showed us through a live demonstration. We were impressed with his knowledge of the product after we asked a ton of questions. We did purchase a mattress and are excited for it's arrival.

Linda has been our salesperson throughout our purchase experience. It was really great communicating with her as she was always there for us. Choosing the right option remotely was easy working with her . The technicians were professional and accurate as they placed our beautiful bed in our home. I’m hoping to coordinate with them tomorrow regarding a specific need,

Staff was great. After that, the most pathetic customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered mattress and base on 1/3. They’ve continued to kick the delivery down the road now until mid-March. After a phone call, I learned I was sold a discontinued base. I was in the perpetual back order that would never end. I insisted on the next base up at no additional cost to get my mattress and was refused. They told me to call CS over the weekend and they were closed despite their VM saying they were open. I’m now told it takes at least 24 hours for delivery to respond to an internal email from a CSR. Are you kidding me! A CSR, can’t help get something resolved on the phone with a customer? They have to wait 24hours. Folks, buy a regular mattress and avoid these buffoons.

I went to Sleep Number to buy an adjustable bed and Linda had helped me. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the right bed. She was very friendly as well. I felt really comfortable around her. I would definitely recommend this store and Linda to help anyone find a bed. Thank you Linda for all your help.
