Risa was congenial, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. She was approachable and down to earth. Love our furniture choice...Had to have the delivery people reassemble 2 of the sofa backs before they were installed correctly. Just glad we caught it while they were still here. They were careful and courteous. Delivery was slightly later than expected. Overall a positive experience.

Great overall experience with Baer’s furniture! I went to the Fort Myers store after seeing a chair online on their site and the sales person was so very helpful. She helped me pick out a large area rug that will compliment all my furniture in the living room. I was able to receive the chair the same week I bought it, which was a bonus. The delivery men kept in contact as to delivery time. They were very respectful of my home when bringing the furniture in.

Had a great experience at Baers getting a new dining set and master bedroom furniture. Eric B. was wonderful to work with. He allowed us to shop on our own and was available for questions as needed. Baers provides a nice range of prices and the selection is fantastic! Delivery was 100%

Well I usually can’t stand going int a furniture place and being hounded at the front door. Lena was waiting to pounce and I said I was ready to turn around a leave. She couldn’t have been any more wonderful over my scouting furniture visit and then the confirming with my wife visit the next day. She helped on so many fronts. As good as it gets. Delivery was set for a few days later and they were actually early and they called and texted and communication was perfect. The gentlemen who carried in the heavy furniture upstairs were as respectful as can be of my home and me. Great people. I had an amazing experience and we love our new Tommy Bahama TV console.
