Rooms To Go

Went to the Port Charlotte Rooms To Go store and met Darlene Reeves, who was great at attending our needs. We went back five or six more times to buy furniture and accessories for our home. She was attentive, always followed up and took care of our home decorating. She is highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience at the Rooms To Go store in Port Charlotte. Doug Bostwick was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. He answered all our questions, gave great suggestions, and made everything easy and stress free. This is excellent customer service, and I would absolutely recommend Doug to anyone shopping here.

Had to write a review because we absolutely will be coming back!! Love love love their furniture selection but more importantly- the workers are so kind! Haley is a doll!!! She was so helpful and sweet, definitely ask for her if you visit this location! 10/10 experience and customer service! Made the whole process easy and exciting, completely took my stress away for buying new furniture!

Out salesman Spike greeted us and showed us to what we were looking for and most importantly gave us time to browse no pressure. Very helpful and patient. We bought two recliners..Sale and financing make it a good deal.
