Favorite Furniture Store in Memphis I have made a couple of large purchases from this store and I love it. My bedroom furniture is not only quality, but was affordable. The owners and employees are wonderful. We have as much fun visiting with them as we do shopping. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture. I promise they can find what you want. I am already planning my next purchase and visit.

The owners Richard and Laura are so helpful and accommodating! And if they don’t have something you want in stock, they’ll get it for you ASAP. They stayed open late so I could shop, and then helped me look through every catalog they had to find a sectional I could order that met my needs. I realized a few days later that I accidentally ordered one that was reversed and wouldn’t fit my space, so Laura canceled it for me. After another visit to look through the catalogs again, and several days of texts & phone calls, I finally found the perfect one.... for the same (LOW) price. We had a great experience with this furniture store. We didn't feel rushed to make a decision and we were greeted and then left to browse. The customer service we experienced was great! We looked through the whole store and found a beautiful dinning set and a dresser. The delivery process went great as well. We are happy with our purchases and will come back in the future. My family moved into a new home and we needed a few chairs and sofas. Richard & Laura (owners) were friendly and patient. Laura even flipped through the catalogs and gave her input to my wife and I. They gave us a good deal when we decided to make a purchase. It took a good 3 weeks for delivery, but we're not in a rush. I would also compliment the two delivery guys. They're professional and courteous. Too bad that the sofa I ordered for an upstairs room couldn't go through the door. So the 2 poor young men had to bring in down. There's no trace of frustration on their faces. Go check out their store. It really looks like a warehouse. Nothing fancy, and that's how they save their operating costs and pass the savings to their customers!

So these guys are just plain fun. Your not rushed. Your not attacked by sales people. Just take your time and take it all in. I took my tape with me and measured almost everything in there looking for our next couch. Was not bothered once. Delivery guys are exceptional and professional!
