Update: Wow these people literally had me wait for 5 months and then gave me some Amazon wrong ordered legs. This is unacceptable. Please do not come here. The update is picture 3 and 4. Review. I was promised a high-back sofa — what arrived was nothing like that. The second replacement was a color I didn’t ask for, and I wasn’t given options. They even offered a display couch that people had already used. Why would you offer a couch that people have sat on when I paid over 600 for a couch? Unacceptable. The third time, they delivered a couch with chipped and cracked legs, trying to pass it off as “new.” No brand-new couch should arrive damaged or legs attached, yet now I’m waiting on replacement legs with no clear timeline. Communication has been minimal, and I’ve had to repeatedly follow up and call them for updates. The bed I got here also had a weird smell. Be aware this business is connected to Summer Furniture & Mattress Deals (3078 Summer Ave) and Lavish Home Furniture (4508 Summer Ave). Their reviews show the same issues: damaged products, poor communication, and no refunds. This is shown more with Lavish home furniture on summer avenue.. This entire ordeal has been stressful, time-consuming. I could have went somewhere else and had everything I needed. (MY Response TO THE BUSINESS OWNER) You told me you would order replacement legs directly from Ashley Furniture, but instead you sent Amazon legs that don’t match the couch and make it sit too high. That’s not what I paid for, and it’s not what you promised. These legs do not match the original ones. Wow.
View on GoogleSo the sales guy said the bed I bought was a platform bed and there was no need for a box spring. He didn't have it in stock so all I got to see was a picture of it at a angle that looked as if it was just a mattress on it. So I paid the $470 even though the add on FB said less, picked the bed up the next day and took it home to put together. It's a headboard with cheap rails and a "footboard" with the thin cheap SLATS. No platform bed. The mattress sits so low if that's the case that you are on the ground. There is no support for the mattress so it folds in. So this "sales guy" basically lied to get a sale. Upon leaving he asks me to leave a good review that he has a gift for me. He hands me card for 10% off my next purchase. I wouldn't buy anything from this place. Lies to get a sale. So now I have to go buy a box spring that I didn't want bc they won't take the bed back. This is just the first review platform. I plan on posting this to every one I can. Then file my complaint to the bbb. The only reason they have "good" reviews is bc they ask you to do it right there in the store standing over you. People I guess don't go back and edit it when they have a issue. They literally beg for good reviews. If the guy just explained the bed needed a box spring I never would have bought it and he knew what I wanted. The fact they don't stand behind their products speaks volumes. No refunds or returns. So they can just give you whatever in a box and you get home and it's wrong. Not to mention the bed I asked for was grey and I got a teal color.
