I'm not the kind of person who leaves good reviews easily, but Bed Palace has the best prices and service in town. It's amazing how the entire team can be so kind and helpful at the same time. If you're having trouble deciding what your best option is, they have the solution for you. I bought almost everything for my house here! Highly recommended. Great customer service and high quality products. The were able to answered to all my question and make the whole experience safe and satisfactory for me. They have plenty of options which was really good in my case since I was not sure what style was I going for, they help you find the best furniture for your place and lifestyle, is not just a matter of sell you a product but more to help you find they perfect fit for you. Good customer service but misleading advertising... they wanted to sell me the same thing that was on their Instagram page for $1,199, for $2,000 and they “gave me a television for free”I had to say no and only take a sofa and a dining room set for $1,400. In addition, they offered to give me a “gift” and I never received it... so maybe I wouldn’t buy here again.

Buy with them was a wonderful customer service experience. Silvana was able to gave us all the information we needed about quality and cost, to decide the best option for us! Completely recommended! 🙌🏻

Could have gone anywhere else but Luisa had the best customer service I have ever received and she helped me find what I was looking for and in my budget. 10 stars
