View on GooglePretty aggressive sales techniques out the gate. I am someone who does not respond to aggressive sales techniques. I've worked in sales. I'm very aware how people feel about that kind of technique.. The salesman was nice, but we were in the browsing stage. We'd never been to a Star furniture. We were not aware that it was heirloom furniture. Which while I can certainly appreciate longevity in your furniture. That was not what we were looking for. We hadn't even gotten through half of a section and the salesperson had tried to hard sell twice. I was just not impressed. I needed a comfortable couch for myself and our dogs. If you were looking for a couch that is large I would say this is not the place. They have a couple but the selection is limited, and the price reflects that.
View on GoogleRehan provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. He is an exceptional salesperson—knowledgeable, patient, and truly attentive to his clients’ needs. Every time I reached out with questions or requests, he responded promptly and with great clarity. His professionalism and dedication made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Star Furniture would greatly benefit from having more team members like him. I highly recommend Rehan to anyone shopping at Star Furniture for his expertise and excellent customer service.
View on GoogleRecently purchased a 4-piece sofa and coffee table. Tariq was incredibly helpful with providing info on the piece in question and other do’s and don’t when selecting sofas. It was his expertise and negotiating skills that convinced us to buy!!! Gerald
