I placed an order for a dinning table a few weeks ago finally got it built. What can I say from start to finish the process was wonderful. From the sales team to the delivery drivers. Everyone did there part. They communicated clearly on when the drivers would drop off the item and the delivery drivers would keep you updated on the day of delivery. Love this dinning table.

It took about 40 days to deliver, which was what I was told when I placed my order. Delivery was done perfectly, I am very happy with my order and the saving I got through Luna Furnature. I will using them for any orders I need in the future!! Here is my new sofa all set up in my living room! We are very happy!

Good experience with Luna’s customer service after an issue with my delivery. My dresser was originally placed on the floor with the bottom of the packaging exposed, and I wasn’t aware there was a wooden platform underneath with industrial staples that ended up scratching my hardwood floors. Since the sides of the packaging were fully covered in cardboard, I had no way of knowing the bottom was exposed. After I raised the issue, Tim from Luna’s customer service team reached out, reviewed the situation, and worked with me to resolve it. I appreciate the professional follow-up and their willingness to make things right. The dresser is great and in perfect condition.

I am so impressed with Luna Furniture! Our living room set was professionally delivered and set up! I have received multiple messages keeping me informed about purchase and delivery! Pricing was amazing! This has to be a family owned business. You don't find many companies that are dedicated to customer satisfaction!
