Bed Pros Mattress Citrus Park

Shaun is so nice and friendly until you have ANY issue. We got two reclining frames and mattresses spent over 6K he was all buddy buddy and then the very next day called back to add something to the delivery and he acted as if he didn’t know who we were. The delivery crew was unprofessional and dropped one of the frames (had to file a claim report) which has had issues ever since. Three months later we are having issues daily with the bed and called Shaun again about the issue and he was happy to let us know the company switched ownership and our warranty was void. Complete jerk and typically salesmen! I had also called 20 days after my mattress was delivered to inquire about exchanging it (as they let you know it’s an option within 30 days when purchasing) and he proceeded to tell me that purchasing a brand new frame and mattress’s for 2K was cheaper then doing the covered swap of the mattress which I don’t believe whatsoever. Now having to fight with corporate for our warranty to be honored. Sure he has good reviews as he is friendly until you have an issue and he acts like a total jerk and offers no assistance other then saying we can buy a new bed! Ridiculous ..Will never buy here again.

Our entire experience from visiting the store in Citrus Park, FL to the scheduled delivery was perfect. The store manager Shaun was very knowledgeable and helpful in our bed selection. The store was clean and had a large selection at very competitive prices. Shaun’s communication and follow through were flawless. Delivery team Angel and Charlie were very patience and respectful of our home during setup and made sure everything was perfect before they left. Do yourself a favor and deal with Bed Pros, Citrus Park for all your future bed needs.

The experience it was wonderful starting with the seller Vivian and Manager Brooks, they were so attentive and with so much instructions and explanation about the mattress. GREAT PURCHASE!

Excellent experience with our sales guy - Shaun! And the delivery boys - Slim and Jeremy were awesome and put the zippered mattress cover on for us too and hauled away our heavy latex mattress! Great selection of mattresses. We went with a firm stearns and foster estate collection king - mattress only for a platform bed. Trying it out for 30 days and have 90 to return if it doesn’t work out. 0% financing - can’t beat it!

Great store, the salesman was awesome! Top notch, good quality, selection, value, & service. We are now enjoying the best sleep of our life, thanks!
