Then when we came back for the final bed test and purchase he was awesome with listening to all of our questions and concerns regarding the mattress, box springs, frame, removals, everything! Definitely will come back for any help we will need in the future.. thank you for all you patience Jim. I know I came in like a bat out of hell that first day!
